FixMe Now collects account, booking, location, payment-reference, communication and device information needed to operate the marketplace and connect customers with technicians.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, match and manage jobs, provide live location tracking and chat, process payments and payouts, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, support users and improve the service.
Sharing and protection
Relevant job details are shared only with participating customers and technicians. Payments are processed by Stripe. Infrastructure and communication providers process data under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may control location and notification permissions in device settings and request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting support@fixmenow.app.
