1. Describe the problem
Pick HVAC, plumbing, electrical or appliance repair, drop a pin on your exact address and add photos of the fault. The photos travel with the request so the technician arrives prepared.
2. We match a verified technician
The request goes only to online technicians nearby whose specialisms and verified credentials cover that service in your jurisdiction. You see the technician's name, rating and distance before work starts.
3. Track them to your door
Live location, distance and ETA update continuously over a realtime connection, with a status badge that changes the moment the technician accepts, arrives or starts work.
4. Chat or call before arrival
In-app messaging and a direct call button let you add access details, gate codes or extra photos without sharing personal numbers ahead of time.
5. Confirm, then pay
When the technician marks the job complete you get a confirmation prompt. Say the work is not finished and the technician returns to the job. Confirm it, and the saved card, Apple Pay or Google Pay method is charged and a receipt is emailed instantly.
